Availability
You can check the availability in the
Calendar. It is always up-to-date.
Attention: the night between green (Available) and red (Not Available) can still be booked. Check-out is then on the next morning.
In case you should have problems making an enquiry although the selected period is free, please contact us directly. There might be more possibilities than automatically allowed by our booking system.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is possible between 16h00 and 19h00. Upon request and when possible, earlier or later check-in can be arranged.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacant the room at 10h00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Surcharges and discounts
A 10% discount
will be given on the room rate by direct bookings as of 7 nights.
For any stay under 3 nights, a one time surcharge of 20 € per person is applied. Short stays are only bookable on short notice and depend on availability.
Tourist tax: 3€ per person per night as of 16th year of life.
Extensive breakfast buffet is included.
Children are welcome as of 6 years old.
No animals are allowed in the rooms.
Payment
Preferably you can pay the amount a few days before arrival by bank transfer (IBAN AT60 3699 0000 0872 4908, BIC RBRTAT22). On site you can pay cash or with card.
Our Cancellation Policy and cancellation insurance
Up to 1 month before arrival: free cancellation
Within the month of arrival: 50% cancellation fee will be charged
In the event of a border or hotel closure or a lockdown, you can always cancel free of charge, even at short notice.
In case of early departure or late arrival (eg due to weather conditions), no refunds will be given.
As of now we offer you, entirely optional, the possibility to take a hotel cancellation insurance (including
Covid-Coverage) from Europäische Reiseversicherung with your reservation.
You find all the information on this link, where you can also easily take out the insurance online. Please take into account that the insurance should be taken within 3 days after making your reservation. Otherwise, there will be a waiting period of 10 days.
Transportation
Upon request and according to availability, we can arrange transportation for you. For example from/to Innsbruck Airport or Bichlbach-Berwang station. Transportation for excursions is also possible.
